The historical buildings of Flanesford Priory have been lovingly converted into beautiful self-catered apartments which range in size from The Kerne Apartment which sleeps 2, up to The Wye Apartment which sleeps 9. Flanesford Priory is set amongst some of the most picturesque scenery in Britain and our apartments provide great holiday accommodation for singles, couples and large groups looking for a short break the Wye Valley, where you can relax and experience the breathtaking countryside of rural Herefordshire and the Forest of Dean.

This apartment, together with The Coppett and The Charlton, offers entrances on the ground floor of Flanesford Priory and as they are all adjacent to each other, can be rented individually or together by families and friends. This compact studio style apartment is perfect for couples or single occupancy. Although this apartment is somewhat smaller than the other apartments it does not lack charm, with original beamed ceilings and stone walls offering a very traditional setting. Particularly popular with fishermen, The Courtyard offers style and comfort at a fantastic rate – perfect for a last minute fishing trip if the weather is good! The Courtyard Apartment has it’s own private entrance approached via three stone steps, in the East Wing of the building.

The Walford Apartment is found on the first floor and extends up to the second floor of the East Wing and accessed via a flight of external stone steps. It has a wealth of original features including vaulted ceilings and rustic beams in the bedrooms that accentuate the history and character of the building. The cosy living room with large sofas and log fire has hosted many a happy winters night. The Walford Apartment can be adjoined to The Talbot Apartment next door via an internal corridor making it great for large groups.

A large deluxe apartment spread over three floors in the East Wing, access being via three stone steps. The Talbot Apartment boasts a large fully equipped kitchen and luxury leather sofas, creating a fantastic base for large groups such as Stag and Hen parties. The Talbot Apartment can be adjoined with The Walford Apartment next door via an internal corridor, making a convenient venue for larger groups. An original internal narrow stone stairway leads to the upper floors which is unsuitable for those with mobility difficulties, it is recommended that it is negotiated with care on all occasions.
